Biography
I am Dr. Jeya Kennedy, a dedicated plant biotechnologist with a Ph.D. focused on plant tissue culture and the micropropagation of orchids. My doctoral research explored innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective techniques for large-scale propagation of orchids, contributing to both conservation biology and commercial horticulture. With a strong foundation in plant physiology, biotechnology, and in vitro culture techniques, I have developed a deep passion for research in plant propagation, genetic improvement, and the conservation of rare and endangered plant species. My goal is to advance research that bridges the gap between academic science and practical applications in horticulture, conservation, and sustainable agriculture.
